Notre pâte au levain est faite maison, Etalée à la main et le fromage mozzarella au fleur de lait (mozzarella fior di latte)
Chaque jour, nous fabriquons notre pâte à pizza dans notre pétrin, selon la recette traditionnelle, 24 heures de levage permettent de lui assurer son croustillant et sa légèreté.
Nous utilisons une farine spéciale pour la réalisation de nos pizzas, pour vous garantir le goût d’une vraie pâte maison.
Votre pizza sera préparée au moment de votre commande, étalée à la main.
Pour toute pizza vous pouvez choisir la pâte épaisse en supplément 2.00€. Egalement, nous pouvons ajuster la cuisson à vos goûts: dorée ou pas trop cuite.
